Format:
- 8 teams max per tournament 3 game guarantee
- Team Insurance Required

- High School Federation rules

- 3 game guarantee

- 7 innings/2 hour limit which ever comes first. No new innings after 2 hour limit.

- Pool play games Friday Eve (2 games if needed), Saturday
- Teams will be seeded based on records
- Single elimination games Sunday.
- Top 4 Team in Winners Bracket.

- Mercy Rules: 15 after 3, 12 after 4, 8 after 5.

Maryland COVID Guidelines in Place and Implemented.

Refund Policy: If a team plays zero games, 100% refund is issued. If a team plays one game 50% refund is issued. If a team plays two games 0% refund is issued. First pitch thrown constitutes a game for the purposes of refunds.
